Precision Agriculture - feeding for the future

Technology Innovations have quickly become essential tools for the agricultural sector's day-to-day operations, improving how everything from farms to tractors is run. With enormous potential at hand, our client envisioned forging ahead with tremendous improvements in the way farmers grow, feed, harvest, and distribute food — boosting yields and cutting costs.

The requirement from the client was to help farmers see things more clearly and not only help speed distribution and management of the entire supply chain but also play a critical role in the unfortunate event that contaminated food needs to be traced back to its source by improving traceability, and cutting the costs of resolving a food recall in half while building a level of trust in the food supply chain.

Our thoughtful design was to make different aspects of the agriculture supply chain organized. We created a simple-to-use, secure management portal using the client API that connects and transfer information between supply chain participants—integrated the software with a client system that tracks temperature and humidity and records data every 10 minutes, thereby giving near real-time updates via a smartphone application. By combining this software data and analytics around it, the platform reduces quality loss in agriculture supply chains while a management portal allows farmers to track all the supply chain requirements to make informed decisions.

Constructing Digital Cloud

Digital project management is one of the upcoming construction industry trends, and our client wanted to use cloud-based software to achieve the goals of quality, time, and cost.

This project aimed to increase workforce efficiency, ensure transparency, track expected and actual outcomes of every task and gather insights into bottlenecks. With all these in mind, our design team developed cloud software with defined principles for each construction phase to improve site visibility on hands.

We developed a centralized platform with real-time inventory, staffing, and budget updates shared among all stakeholders with an alerting mechanism for the chances of a construction project going over budget, past the deadline, or failing outright with significantly reduced progress. We integrated the platform with the supply chain provider and time manager to boost collaboration between teams and suppliers and keep track of construction teams, assets, and resources used in the field.

With the advent of technology, the food industry is constantly looking for new ways to improve and optimize food serving. Digital management systems allow restaurants to make data-driven decisions by streamlining operations based on customer behavior and attributes.

Our client from the restaurant business looking for the opportunity to reimagine the customer experience, discover value in new products and services, and use data to rethink business models gave us the requirements.

Our team developed a multi-platform solution and tools for managing the restaurant's end-to-end services, including the self-service kiosk, Digital signage, kitchen automation, mobile payments, hand-held technologies, and business intelligence. This enabled a combination of food orders from multiple channels of restaurant websites and phone orders, displaying the menu on the screen with the interactive motion to bring them to life. With business intelligence, the client could look for insights into the sales figures and monitor them 24/7.

Connected Cars Drive Way

This client is a significant provider of vehicle telematics to connected car manufacturers and wants to build the most intelligent and convenient driving experience. The requirement was to create an app for a rich driver experience with features including Vehicle technical status, Workshop appointments, Roadside Assistance, Trip log, Vehicle location, and Driving behaviour.

We aimed to design a connected app that provides a seamless digital experience and lets users focus on the primary task - driving. Our focus was on one-touch available features from the dashboard so that the user could focus on something other than finding the element which makes the app convenient.

Implemented a live overview of the car's status and notified when anomalies were detected so that the user was well informed. Added a view of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption and also provision to add tags for organizing the trips. Provided insights into the user's driving behaviour, which can be integrated into tailored insurance packages based on actual driving patterns.
