This policy explains what data the Svegile website collects, why it collects it, and how to opt out.
Information we collect
We do not ask for personal information when you browse our website. The only personal information we receive is what you submit through our contact, hire, and careers forms. That includes your name, email address, phone number, and any attachments you upload.
With your consent, we use PostHog, a product analytics provider, to understand how visitors use the site. PostHog collects pageviews, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, and anonymized interaction events (clicks and scroll depth).
No PostHog tracking takes place until you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set and no events are sent. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
How we use this information
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data helps us see which pages and case studies are most useful, where traffic comes from, and which calls-to-action work. We do not build advertising profiles, sell data, or share data with third parties for marketing.
Sharing of information
We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes. The processors we use are:
- PostHog — analytics processor, used only after you consent
- Netlify — hosting provider; processes form submissions and serves the site
- Contentful — content delivery for jobs and blog
Each of these providers maintains its own privacy policy and data-processing terms.
Your choices
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer. That clears any PostHog identifiers in your browser and stops further tracking. For data submitted through a form, contact us at the address below to request a copy, correction, or deletion.
Security of information
Form submissions and analytics data are transmitted over HTTPS. Our processors (PostHog, Netlify, Contentful) implement industry-standard safeguards: encryption at rest, access controls, and audited infrastructure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are posted on this page and sent by email where applicable.
